This is a remote service designed to provide support on ENE Core, ENE System Configuration and End-User issues. We provide an assigned technical account liaison that is responsible for prioritizing incident management and delivering proper solution in timely manners by.

  • Solving users issues.
  • Assisting users to correctly use the software.
  • Walking customers through changing business rules and reflecting them on the system configuration.
  • A monthly report with the list of issues reported and/or resolved.
  • Provide the status of the current system issues maintained within the online tracking system.
