TEKLABZ got subcontracted by Ericsson AB to conduct a customized End User Training and Technical Support for the Saudi Telecom Company offices in the 19 Districts spread over the Saudi Arabia Kingdom to work on their Copper Network Data which has been migrated into Ericsson Network Engineer from STC Legacy Systems. The commenced work has been conducted over a period of 7 months as of May 2017.
